Senior Consultant - EHS Advisor

Job Overview

Senior Consultant - Health & Safety (ERM). We are looking for an ambitious and passionate EHS Consultant to join our London team. The role is a full time secondment (five days per week) into a pioneering technology organisation, covering two client sites in London and operations across the EMEA region with approximately 10-20% travel.

Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of EHS activities through site inspections, walkarounds, and observations.
  • Identify potential hazards and raise actions to support risk reduction.
  • Assist with audits and basic risk assessments across site activities.
  • Support monitoring of construction safety, general workplace safety, and hygiene related risks (e.g., noise, chemical handling).
  • Collect and record site information, including observations and supporting data.
  • Prepare clear and concise reports based on site findings.
  • Work with site teams to support the implementation of practical safety improvements.
  • Support compliance with UK health and safety requirements and internal procedures.
Qualifications
  • NEBOSH Certificate (required) or Diploma (preferred) or equivalent qualification in Safety, Occupational Health or a related discipline.
  • 2+ years' experience in an EHS or operational environment (industry or consultancy).
  • Basic understanding of UK health and safety legislation and requirements.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Clear and effective communication skills and willingness to engage with site teams.
  • Willingness to work onsite at client locations as required across the UK.
  • A full UK driving licence (or ability to travel independently to site locations).
  • Previous experience working with Enablon is preferred but not required.
