- Undertake ecological surveys and site assessments
- Carry out habitat and protected species surveys
- Prepare technical reports and ecological appraisals
- Assist with biodiversity net gain and mitigation strategies
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders and project teams
- Support project delivery from survey through to reporting
- Experience working as an Ecologist within a consultancy or similar environment
- Degree in Ecology, Environmental Science or a related discipline
- Good knowledge of UK ecology, legislation and survey methodologies
- Ability to produce accurate technical reports
- Full UK driving licence
- Full right to work in the UK
- Must live within a reasonable commuting distance of the office
- Strong communication and organisational skills
