I'm working with an award winning food manufacturer in Park Royal that genuinely puts its people at the heart of everything they do, and they're looking for a Health, Safety & Environment Manager to help drive that forward.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and shape a proactive, people first safety culture focused on engagement, accountability and ownership.
- Partner with site leadership to influence behaviours and embed safety into everyday decisions.
- Coach and support teams on the shop floor through real time conversations and behavioural observations.
- Drive behavioural safety programmes that focus on mindset and long term cultural change.
- Build strong relationships across all departments, leading through influence rather than authority.
- Encourage proactive thinking around safety, risk and environmental impact through collaboration and continuous improvement.
- NEBOSH Qualified.
- Able to positively influence teams.
- Experience in a similar manufacturing role (food desired but not essential).
