Job Overview

Environmental Compliance Manager (Permanent) - Newport Pagnell. Salary £42,000 - £75,000.

Responsible for ensuring European operational adherence to environmental legislation for the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor, interpret and implement regulatory requirements to minimise legal risk.
  • Translate regulatory requirements into clear, practical guidance for local entities.
  • Support subsidiaries across the EU and relevant national jurisdictions.
  • Conduct risk assessments and ensure ongoing legal compliance.
Requirements
  • Strong background in environmental compliance, regulatory affairs and EHS within a multinational environment.
  • Experience with EU frameworks such as REACH, RoHS, WEEE, Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) and EU Batteries Regulation.
  • Ability to provide practical guidance and support to a global workforce.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
