Overview

Open the door to your career with our exciting Sustainability Graduate opportunity. This role is based in Willenhall, Wolverhampton and is part of our EMEIA (Europe, Middle East, India and Africa) Graduate Programme, which includes a three month international secondment to another market region within ASSA ABLOY.

Responsibilities
  • Utilise knowledge and experience to identify and share fresh perspectives and ideas to accelerate our journey towards net zero emissions and develop a net zero strategy.
  • Conduct comprehensive sustainability assessments, including detailed analysis of Scope 1 and 2 emissions.
  • Devise and implement sustainability strategies aligned with industry best practices and global standards.
  • Collaborate with various departments to identify and implement energy efficient practices.
  • Stay abreast of evolving sustainability regulations and ensure compliance.
Qualifications
  • Graduated within the last 18 months, with a minimum 2:1 Degree in sustainability or an equivalent field.
  • Ambitious, keen to develop and willing to learn.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Ability to think differently when solving challenges, using new techniques, processes or technologies.
  • Team player who listens and incorporates differing suggestions and opinions.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
