Sustainability Manager Role

Full-time, permanent position

Based 5 days a week onsite in East London, Hackney

Need to have strong construction experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project assessments for green building standards such as BREEAM, and LEED.
• Implement and maintain frameworks such as ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), ISO 50001 (Energy Management), and PAS 2080 (Carbon Management in Infrastructure).
• Track and report carbon footprints, environmental product declarations (EPDs), and life-cycle analyses (LCAs).
• Interface with site teams, commercial/quantity surveying teams, local authorities, and the supply chain to drive self-delivery of green targets.
• Provide technical guidance on shifting standards (such as Part L and F Building Regulations).
