This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Sustainability Manager to drive real environmental impact, influence project strategy from concept to completion, and play a key role in delivering innovative, low-carbon solutions.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead Sustainability Delivery Drive sustainability performance across multiple high-profile construction projects from pre-construction through to completion.
- Champion Carbon Reduction Manage carbon strategies, whole-life carbon assessments and identify innovative opportunities to reduce environmental impact.
- Deliver Industry Certifications Lead the successful delivery of BREEAM, WELL, LEED and other sustainability certification requirements.
- Influence & Collaborate Work closely with clients, project teams, supply chain partners and senior stakeholders to embed sustainability into every stage of delivery.
- Drive Innovation Champion new ideas, continuous improvement and best practice while supporting ambitious Net Zero and ESG objectives.
Who They're Looking For:
- Sustainability Expert Well-developed technical knowledge across carbon management, sustainability strategy and green building certifications.
- Project Leader Proven experience managing sustainability initiatives across multiple construction projects simultaneously.
- Excellent Communicator Confident engaging with clients, site teams and senior leadership, translating complex sustainability requirements into practical action.
- Forward Thinker Passionate about innovation, continuous improvement and finding smarter, lower-carbon ways of delivering projects.
