Social Value Manager Role

Full-time, permanent position

Based in Woodford Green with some flexibility

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Bid Support

• Support pre-construction and business development teams by writing high-quality social value sections for major tender submissions and bids.
• Interpret public sector frameworks, Section 106 agreements, and client Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to set realistic project targets.

Workforce & Supply Chain Collaboration

• Champion employment and skills initiatives, including coordinating local apprenticeships, work placements, and T-Level support.
• Work with commercial and supply chain teams to maximize local spending and engagement with Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and social enterprises.
• Promote equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) and carbon reduction objectives across project operations.
