Social Value and Impact

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Social Value Coordinator to support the delivery and growth of our Social Value programme.

Key Responsibilities

To support the Group Social Value Manager to deliver Social Value activity and to achieve Social Value impact excellence.
Ongoing liaison with client/framework Social Value representatives to implement, deliver and monitor the ongoing delivery of the Social Value Plans.
Support the Group Social Value Manager to maximise ROI for Social Value initiatives, ensuring that we are making a meaningful contribution to communities whilst considering the commercial implications.
Attend and support at client community events.
Use the Frankham Social Value measurement and reporting tool to log activity and measure Social Value impact.
Regular liaison with the Group Social Value Champions to maintain team engagement and input to deliver initiatives.
Ongoing research of the Social Value that other organisations within our industry and wider are delivering.
Keep up to date with legislative and industry matters relating to Social Value.
Attend Social Value conferences and events.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

A genuine interest in Social Value and a commitment to making a positive difference.
Experience of working in a community engagement role.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build relationships across clients, communities and internal teams.
A creative mindset to develop innovative and informed Social Value initiatives.
Ability to interpret and present Social Value data and insights.
Experience of delivering employability skills sessions preferable.
Flexibility regarding working days and hours (Monday to Friday).
Highly organised with strong attention to detail in reporting and coordination.
Competent in MS Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Personable and enthusiastic.
