What You’ll Do
You’ll become a trusted adviser to your clients, managing environmental consultancy projects from start to finish while developing long-term relationships.
Your work will include environmental compliance audits, permitting, management systems, technical reporting and advising clients on environmental legislation and sustainability best practice.
Principal Consultants will also mentor colleagues, develop key client relationships and support business growth.
About You
We’re looking for an experienced environmental professional who enjoys solving complex challenges and building strong client relationships.
You’ll ideally have:
- Environmental consultancy or environmental management experience
- Good knowledge of UK environmental legislation
- Experience managing projects and working directly with clients
- Strong communication and report-writing skills
- A relevant degree or equivalent experience
ISO 14001 Lead Auditor qualification and professional membership (ISEP, CIWEM or similar) are desirable but not essential.

Working Pattern
This is a home-based role, most of your time will be spent working remotely, with planned client meetings and site visits across the region, giving you flexibility while maintaining close relationships with clients.
