The successful Senior Ecologist will lead a range of ecological surveys, manage projects from inception through to completion, prepare and review technical reports, undertake Biodiversity Net Gain assessments, mentor junior team members, and provide expert ecological advice to clients and multidisciplinary project teams.

Requirements:

• Degree in Ecology or a related discipline
• Significant consultancy experience in ecology
• Strong knowledge of UK wildlife legislation and planning policy
• Experience managing projects and producing technical reports
• Membership of CIEEM (or eligible)
• Protected species survey experience and licence(s) desirable
• Full UK driving licence
• Full right to work in the UK
• Living in or near the Warrington office
• Excellent communication and client management skills
