Principal Ecologist - Lead Large-Scale Projects & Team

JS Money Limited is seeking an experienced Ecologist at High Senior or Principal grade to join a growing Ecology team near Southampton. The role offers significant flexible working arrangements, including part time options, with rural office base in Hampshire/Southampton.

You will manage large, complex projects, deliver technical reports, support client relationships and lead a team of ecologists, shaping both operations and strategy of the team.
