Principal Ecologist: Biodiversity & Net Gain Lead

Responsibilities include delivering biodiversity outcomes and Biodiversity Net Gain for projects, overseeing ecological mitigation, and coordinating field surveys. Ideal locations are Reading or Bristol with options in Warrington and Edinburgh, plus flexibility to work from other UK offices.
