Lead Ecologist - Urban Biodiversity & Infrastructure

Snc-Lavalin is seeking an experienced ecologist to lead ecological delivery for nationally significant infrastructure projects in the Birmingham region. You will manage field surveys, interpret results, coordinate ecological mitigation, and author licensing documentation.

Responsibilities include client-facing engagement, cross-disciplinary collaboration, and mentoring staff. A CIEEM membership and botanically proficient skillset (FISC 4) are highly valued.
