Lead Ecologist: Biodiversity & Bid Strategy Leader

Balfour Beatty is seeking a senior ecologist to shape ecology strategy across the Power Transmission & Distribution portfolio. You will lead ecological input on bids, assess risks and opportunities, and develop robust environmental sections for tenders and proposals.

You'll provide expert guidance on licensing, mitigation and BNG, coordinating with project teams and external consultants to deliver compliant, deliverable environmental outcomes.
