Hybrid Ecologist - Biodiversity & Habitat Design Lead

Bakerwell Ltd is seeking an experienced Consultant Ecologist to join our Kent-based team, with both full-time and part-time options. The role involves conducting protected species surveys, habitat restoration design, and delivering Biodiversity Net Gain assessments.

Strong report writing, GIS proficiency and field survey skills are essential. The successful candidate will contribute to project management, EPS licenses, and client liaison, with support and mentoring within a friendly team.
