GDS Partners are recruiting an EHS Advisor on behalf of a leading Specialist Contractor for a permanent position covering Greater London and the South of England.

About the Role
Hybrid role covering Greater London & the South
Regular site visits per month plus regular visits to the Southern Head Office
£60,000 - £65,000 + Comprehensive Package (DOE)
Company Vehicle or Car Allowance
Permanent position with genuine career progression
Main Duties
Carry out site inspections, audits, and compliance checks across multiple projects.
Review RAMS and ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation.
Support Project and Site Managers with day-to-day EHS matters.
Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
Deliver inductions, toolbox talks, and safety briefings.
Produce reports and promote continuous improvement across all sites.
Requirements
️ NEBOSH Construction or NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent).
️ Previous Health & Safety experience within construction.
️ Experience with a Specialist Contractor, Subcontractor, or Principal Contractor is advantageous.
️ Strong communication skills and a proactive approach.
️ Full UK Driving Licence and right to work in the UK.
